Orders
The board will appear here once you import a file
Cards or table view, filterable by stage / priority / customer / ship-by date, with inline editing for status, priority, assigned station, and notes. Coming in checkpoint 3.
Raw Material Inventory
Lumber on hand
Grouped by species → thickness → length, with rollup totals in board feet. Filter by vendor, grade, available-to-use, called-to-rip. Per-pack detail with pack number, received date, value on hand, vendor PO. Coming in checkpoint 3.
Rip List
Rip jobs queued at the Parsons and Hendricks lines
Each row shows the target rip SKU, the raw pack being consumed, target linear feet, priority, expected completion. "Mark complete" advances the order to the molder stage and moves the produced LNFT into Rip Inventory.
Rip Inventory
Ripped stock on hand
Grouped by SKU → length, with linear-foot rollups. Per-pack detail with pack number, source raw pack, produced date, value on hand. "Log new rip" lets operators record rips from the queue. "Allocate to order" reserves packs for an order.
Molder List
Orders queued at the molders
Grouped by station (Molder 1, 2, 3, 4). Each row shows the order, SKU, profile, allocated rip stock, expected completion. "Mark complete" advances the order to the chop saw and consumes the rip pack's LNFT.
Chop Saw List
Orders queued at the chop saws
Grouped by Chop Saw 1 and Chop Saw 2. Each row shows the order, target lengths, target pieces, profile from the molder. "Mark complete" advances the order to Packing.
Packing
Orders ready to be packed and shipped
Generates the same labels the Packing Generator file produces today. "Ship" advances the order to SHIPPED and removes it from active queues.
